He took an old Grand Marquis and re-modeled it to look like a police vehicle. But he didn’t stop there — he went ahead and slapped the words “Kacper the Friendly Realtor” on the sides and wrapped the car in cartoon doodles that best represent him. Wherever he goes, Kacper manages to do what most agents strive for everyday: pique people’s interest. The interest from the car, turns into interaction, which gives Kacper an opening to turn them into a client.
