RealSatisfied Agent Reviews
In addition to your Zillow ratings and reviews, you can also integrate your reviews from RealSatisfied as well. RealSatisfied is an awesome tool that allows agents to survey they clients about their satisfaction with the real estate process along the way. Tools like these allow agents to improve their business and strengthen their customer-agent relations.

How to get started? Simply connect your Cloud CMA account to your Zillow and RealSatisfied accounts by placing your usernames for each site in your Cloud CMA settings (see image at left). You can find this under the “API” tab on Cloud CMA once you are in your account settings.
