Teamwork is essential for success in this role. General Description: The Customer Support personnel will be primarily responsible for client services and support related duties. Candidate should be experienced in providing excellent customer service and conflict resolution. Primary Job Functions: Provide Tier-1 customer support and troubleshooting via telephone, email, and web based tools. Advise consumers on product functionality, lipitor side effects features, and other support related inquiries. Facilitate conflict resolution and/or escalation.
