Dan is banging these out pretty fast, it’s been hard to keep up. Here’s what was pushed to production yesterday: – Midsouth and NCPDE in production. – “More Criteria” button enabled for ARMLS CMA Reports- allows setting of Beds, Baths, and SqFt ranges. – The Subject Property card for CMA Listing step now appears expanded by default in an attempt to encourage users to fill in the Suggested List Price. – Change in Lat/Lon search algorithm – starts out closer to subject property, then expands the radius exponentially instead of linearly, which should help cut down on the number of listings returned for Quick and Dirty searches in Chicago condo buildings. – Admin dashboard user details now show cleaner data with better formatted dates. – When mls nums are sent over via API from an MLS, user can now change report type and mls nums will transfer over automatically. Example: User can choose “Create CMA” in Rapattoni MLS, which shoots them over to the new CMA tab with the mls nums they chose, but they can change their mind and make a Buyer Tour and those mls nums will carry over. – We now have an automatic fail-over solution for those 2 or 3 times a year when Amazon S3 fails to accept report uploads, which happened last week. – Added a “Rename this page” link to the custom pages of Page Contents. This became real important now that we’re using the page title on the top of the reports. You might get questions about this from current customers. – ARMLS
searching by MLS numbers has been improved. Now searches across all property types to find the mls num, whereas before it was limited to residential property types.
This works across all MLSs now – ARMLS was just the last to be fixed.
