New Year, New Intentions

The new year is officially here, so you’ve probably already set your ‘new year, new me’ resolutions. But if you’re anything like the rest of us, those new habits typically don’t make it past February. So this year, instead of coming up with resolutions, let’s kick the new year off with intentions to shift our mentality from doing, to being.

Here’s a few intentions for your real estate business to get you started:

  1. Be inspired. More than 50 Million small businesses in the United States use social media to build their brand. So if you aren’t utilizing these free tools, it’s probably a good time to start. To get inspired, start by following a real estate influencer, like @thejoshaltman from Million Dollar Listing LA. With just one click, you can get daily tips and tricks to inspire your every next move.
  2. Be focused. The beginning of the year is a good time to focus on what does and doesn’t work for your marketing plan. One easy way to find out what generates the most leads is to create a separate Cloud Attract landing page for every piece of marketing you do. Whether it be Facebook, Linkedin, or your own email signature – use Cloud Attract to help track your ROI, so you can focus on the efforts that get you the most bang for your buck.
  3. Be present. Did you know that only 23% of clients use an agent they’ve worked with in the past to sell their home? Past clients are the best leads, so this year it’s time to be more present with your past clients and prospects. With the Cloud Agent Suite, there are two easy ways you can stay top of mind:
    1. Send them a Cloud CMA report to give them an idea of what similar homes to theirs are selling for in the current market.
    2. Set them up with market updates via Cloud Streams so they can automatically know what’s happening in their area at the end of every month.

So there you have it! Three easy intentions for your real estate business you can start using today. Now it’s time for you to tell us – what is your new intention in 2019?

  1. I am needing help with the Cloud CMA update. I haven’t used it this year and many changes have been made. I don’t have a phone number for you and my local board of Realtors can’t help me. I’ve tried youtube but nothing on the recent changes.
