The MLS is great for many things: storing, searching, sorting and analyzing listing data, just to name a few. But what about the reports these MLS systems create? Not so much. Many MLS printouts have photos and text so small that you’d need a jeweler’s loop to read them! Providing Cloud CMA to your members is a great alternative to the standard printouts of MLS systems.
Cloud CMA real estate software comes with 5 unique report sets:
- Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
- Buyer Tour
- Property Report
- Interactive iPad CMA
There are 3 ways that MLS providers can partner with W+R Studios (creators of Cloud CMA) to offer Cloud CMA to their membership.
1. Hunting License
In this scenario, the MLS provider provides W+R Studios with a RETS feed for Cloud CMA to work. W+R Studios will then market Cloud CMA to MLS members directly. W+R Studios provides direct product support to Cloud CMA subscribers. Typically, the MLS provider does little or no marketing support.
2. Revenue Share
In this option, the MLS provider provides W+R Studios with a RETS feed for Cloud CMA to work. The MLS provider actively promotes Cloud CMA to its membership. W+R Studios provides direct product support to Cloud CMA real estate software subscribers. The MLS provider shares in the direct agent revenue generated by the Cloud CMA subscribers. Agents can choose their Cloud CMA membership level based on their own needs. Revenue share MLS partners are paid a percentage of billing for every Cloud CMA subscriber that’s a member of that particular MLS. Payments from W+R Studios are made to the MLS on a quarterly basis. Revenue share MLS partners are also provided with a real-time Revenue Share Pipeline Dashboard, similar to the one shown here.
3. Site License
Under this type of contract, the MLS provider pays W+R Studios a fixed amount based on their agent count (per member, per month) at a heavily discounted price to provide Cloud CMA to its members free of any additional charge. The MLS provider would handle direct support to MLS members and W+R Studios would provide direct support to the MLS staff.
