We’re stepping up our support

W&R Studios takes supporting our customers very seriously, which is why we’re taking it up a notch. You’ve already met our go-to support guy, Brandon Perfetti – but we’ve also made 3 specific advancements that we thought you’d be interested in.

1. We’ve extended our support hours – they are now 7am-5pm PST.

2. All tweets and Facebook requests for support will be automatically delivered to Brandon’s attention. This means you can reach out to us for help via email, Twitter, and Facebook.
